Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We aim to deliver products within the UK in 5 working days from the date we receive your order.
While we make every effort to meet agreed-upon delivery dates, unforeseen circumstances may arise. If we cannot meet a specific delivery date, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any losses or expenses caused by delays in delivery.
Products will be delivered to the address you provide when placing your order. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. If you change the delivery address or options after placing your order, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for any resulting delays or additional charges. If a delivery fails due to a change you made, and the items are returned to us, you will be responsible for the full cost of redelivery.
Returns
If you need to return a product, please follow these steps:
Contact us: Obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN) from us before returning any products. This number must be clearly marked on the returned parcel.
Securely package the product: You are responsible for ensuring that the product is packaged securely for return. We may charge you for any damage caused by inadequate packaging.
Restocking charge: We reserve the right to apply a 25% restocking charge for returned items that were ordered in error or are no longer needed. This charge does not apply to faulty goods or items returned under a cancelled contract.
Your right to cancel (for consumers)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 7 working days of receiving your order. To do this, you must inform us in writing of your intention to cancel. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend that you insure the goods during transit. Once we receive the returned items and confirm they are in re-saleable condition, we will issue a full refund.
